Cancellation Policy
Fees are non-refundable once an assessment has been completed, as assessment administration and report generation costs are incurred at that time. Debrief sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable. When in doubt, reach out!
